A NYC advertising company brought two guitars in that were filmed, in slow motion, as they were exploding. The creative director brought in the pieces and wanted them reassembled and framed.

Luckily, Nick plays guitar and has some experience in rebuilding them. Both instruments were partially assembled to emulate the feel of shards of wood in movement and then were mounted to a wooden backing board at different depths.

The guitars were used in a VH1 promotional ad featuring the rock band The Who!
